今日は、毎回たくさんの方に楽しんでいただいている【Mr. Garyに聞いてみました】をお届けします。

昨日は　facebook（https://www.facebook.com/good.eikaiwa/）と　twitter(https://twitter.com/GEikaiwa)で　インタビュー動画を　ご紹介いたしました。

今回は　Mr. Garyのfavorite moviesを聞いてみましたよ。

【Mr. Garyに聞いてみました　～favorite movies～】

Ai: Hello.

Mr. Gary: Hello. How are you?

Ai: Good. How are you?

G: I am fine.

Ai; Ok. Could you tell me about your 2 favorite movies?

G: My first favorite movie is `Sixteen candles`, starring Anthony Michael Hall, Joan Cusack, and Molly Ringwald. It was made in 1984.

Ai: 1984? Oh, it's kind of old.

G: Pretty old. I was 7, 8 years old.

Ai: OK. What is it about?

G: It's about this nerdy kid in school who tries to get a girlfriend, but she likes an older kid in the senior class.  She is primarily the main character, but he is the supporting.... the kid is the supporting actor, and he is a super nerd, but he is really really funny. But, his nerdiness is actually kinda cool. He is a cool nerd, and he reminds me of myself. 

Ai: Oh, I see. So, what is the other one?

G: My second one is `The Book of Eli`, starring Denzel Washington and Mila Kunis.

Ai: Ok. What is the movie about?

G: It's about a blind man who is walking from the East coast to the West coast in America to deposit a very special book in a library for the good of mankind, and bad guys are trying stop him and take the book. It's a very very good movie. 

Ai: Why do you like this `The Book of Eli` movie?

G: It's partially samurai story... kind of... and it's a very well written movie. If you write a book, it will be very good as well. It's like a Samurai story, good versus bad, adventure, semi-fiction, but all action. Good movie all around.

Ai: Alright. Thank you.

G: You're welcome. 

Sixteen candlesは　これですね。

日本語のタイトルは　「すてきな片思い」のようです。

見たことがあるでしょうか。

そして　もうひとつの映画は　The Book of Eliでしたね。

これの日本でのタイトルは　ザ・ウォーカーというみたいです。
